  • Do you ship International?
    No. We only ship within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders placed by 1:00pm (CST) M-F normally ships within 1-3 days, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
  • Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
    Taxes are ONLY applied to orders shipped within the State of Texas.
  • Can I cancel my order after I paid and get a refund?
    Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of received payment in order to receive a full refund. Once payment has been received and the order has been processed, normally the following day, we cannot cancel it or issue any refund. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
  • Can I return an item if I decide I don't want it?
    No. Due to the nature of the items I sell returns are not accepted. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package and where it is being shipped to.
